Series Description  This is an artificial series formed by the State Archives to include all files relating to the steam lifeboat "Lady Forrest". The files were created by the Harbour and Lights Department and the Fremantle Harbour Trust, and some were added to by the Fremantle Port Authority. They came into the custody of the Fremantle Maritime Museum who transferred them to the State Archives.
